1. Purpose and Scope
This policy outlines the refund, cancellation, and amendment conditions for passenger transport and transfer services provided by TURKA TOURS TURIZM KIRALAMA TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI (“turkatours.com”).
All services are performed within the Republic of Türkiye.
2. Cancellations and Amendments
2.1. Reservation changes or cancellations can be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. A full refund will be issued.
2.2. For flight-based transfers, no cancellations are accepted after the aircraft has landed.
2.3. If the passenger fails to appear within two (2) hours after landing, the service is deemed completed (no-show) and no refund will be granted.
2.4. turkatours.com may cancel a transfer due to operational or force majeure reasons. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
3. Non-Performance or No-Show
3.1. Passengers must be ready at the pickup point at the scheduled time. Drivers wait up to 15 minutes; beyond this, the service is considered fulfilled.
3.2. If the delay is caused by the company, passengers may request either a refund or a new transfer at no cost.
4. European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Right
This clause applies only to physical goods.
If a product is shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
5. Refund Processing
5.1. Once a refund request is approved, payment will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
5.2. Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional processing time.
5.3. For cash payments, refunds will be made via bank transfer within 5 business days.
5.4. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact support@turkatours.com.
